Transaction Manager
Mortaza joined National Trust Energy Capital as Transaction Manager, bringing additional depth to our investment platform as the business continues to grow across a broader energy market.
Joining in 2026, Mortaza supports the execution of energy tax credit investments and helps ensure opportunities move efficiently through the investment process. Working closely with our transaction team, he contributes to the diligence, coordination, and disciplined evaluation that investors and developers depend on when navigating complex energy opportunities.
Mortaza brings years of experience in community-based solar and battery storage tax credit investing with high-net-worth individuals, national banks, and institutional investors.
Portfolio Manager
Kaylyn joined National Trust Energy Capital as Portfolio Manager in 2026, providing reporting, asset management, and compliance support for renewable energy tax credit investments. She works closely with investors, sponsors, developers, and internal stakeholders to monitor portfolio performance and support reporting across the firm’s renewable energy investments.
She brings with her years of experience in renewable energy project underwriting and financial modeling in both the energy sector and corporate banking industry.
